SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Full payment is required for all special orders under $150. A 50% down payment is required for all special orders over $150.
Due to the current supply and demand, Special Orders may be delayed. When a Special Order is placed, the customer acknowledges that ReCre’s Bike Studio has no control over delivery from a supplier and/or manufacturer. We will however do our best to receive your order as quickly as possible.
SPECIAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you decide you no longer want your Special Order or need to cancel your bike order, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged. This includes deposits on special orders and bikes. This policy refers to Special Orders that have not been picked up or removed from the store.
Please note that most Special Order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Those that we do accept, at our discretion, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
LAYAWAY: NO INTEREST
A Deposit of no less than 25% after tax sale amount is required for all Layaways. When we take a deposit, it is to remove a bike from the sales floor such that it is sold, thus removing it as an option for other customers. The deposit is refundable within 7 days, after 7 days, the deposit is transferable within 30 days to another product.
The deposit is neither transferable nor refundable after 30 days
Layaway Payments are expected to be made on a Monthly Basis – FAILURE to make regular payments could result in a forfeit of your deposit and purchase
Bikes on Layaway are to be paid off within 90 days (12 weeks)
Important: All deposits on Sale Bikes are non-refundable
SERVICE & REPAIR POLICY
Completed bike repairs must be picked up within 10 days.
Completed bikes that are not picked up* within 10 days may result in a charge of a $5.00 storage fee each day thereafter.
Any repair bike(s) left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of ReCre’s Bike Studio.
*If a need arises where you have to leave a bike longer than the 10-day policy, please speak with a member of our team.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sale, discounted, and closeout items are final sale.
All tool sales are final.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
There are NO REFUNDS on bike or fitness equipment, Cycling Shorts, and Undergarment purchases.
All refunds are done in the same method with which items were purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable and sold at a $25 minimum.
In-Store Accessory purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14-days if the product and packaging are in original condition with purchase receipt. All returns that are re-packed in damaged boxes, or missing any packing materials, owner’s manuals, etc. are at ReCre’s Bike Studio’s discretion and if accepted will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Bicycles are non-refundable, however, within the 14-day period, ReCre’s will exchange for an equal or greater value replacement if one is available. Exchanged bicycles will be assessed for wear and tear before the exchange is completed, additional charges may be incurred for dirt, rips, tears, drive-train wear, etc., or if the bicycle requires cleaning or replacement parts to be made new.
